Terms of service

The terms that apply when a hospital or clinic uses Quick95.

Effective date: 28 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the Quick 95 hospital platform and related website services. By creating an account or using the service, the hospital agrees to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

The hospital is responsible for its staff accounts, role assignments and keeping credentials secure. Accounts must not be shared. The hospital must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

3. Trial

A trial provides full access for the period shown at signup. Trials may be extended or ended by Quick95. Trial data is retained for a limited period after expiry, after which it may be deleted unless the hospital upgrades.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan and currency. Fees are due in advance. Taxes are additional where applicable. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service.

5. Hospital responsibilities

  • Use the platform lawfully and only for authorised healthcare operations.
  • Obtain patient consents and maintain clinical record policies.
  • Keep patient and staff data accurate.
  • Do not attempt to access another hospital’s data.

6. Data and ownership

The hospital owns its patient and operational data. Quick95 owns the software, templates and platform. The hospital grants us the rights needed to host, process, back up and support its data.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to respond to support requests within the agreed support level. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Quick95 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. The platform supports clinical work but does not replace professional clinical judgement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the subscription term. On termination, the hospital may request an export of its data within the agreed retention period.
